1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing inddraincleaning.com or requesting service from Indy Drain Pros, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Services Provided

Indy Drain Pros provides drain cleaning, sewer cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspection, main sewer line repair, and related services in the Indianapolis, Indiana metropolitan area. Specific services, scope, and pricing are defined in the written quote provided on-site before any work begins.

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including in situations where the work scope is outside our capabilities, where access is unsafe, or where prior work by another contractor has created conditions that would make our work ineffective or dangerous.

3. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment

All prices are flat-rate. A written quote is provided before any work begins. Work proceeds only after the customer approves the quoted price in writing (including verbal or text confirmation).

• Flat-rate pricing: The quoted price is the final price for the described scope of work. Additional charges only apply if the scope of work changes after the initial quote, and any change in scope requires customer approval before work proceeds.
• No after-hours surcharge: Our pricing does not include after-hours, weekend, or holiday multipliers.
• Payment due at completion: Payment is due upon completion of each service visit. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A receipt is provided for all payments.
• Disputed charges: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of service at (463) 331-0700. We will review and resolve billing disputes promptly.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment at any time before the technician arrives with no cancellation fee. If the technician is on-site and you decide not to proceed after reviewing the quote, there is no charge for the visit. No-show fees are not charged.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To enable us to perform our services safely and effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the location and nature of the problem
• Ensure safe access to the service area, including clearing obstacles near drains, cleanouts, and access points
• Disclose any known hazards (asbestos, lead paint, structural issues, prior chemical treatment of drains) before work begins
• Not add any chemicals to drains or sewer lines after scheduling service and before the technician arrives — this creates safety hazards
• Secure pets in a separate area during the service visit

Indy Drain Pros is not liable for damage caused by inaccurate information, undisclosed hazards, or failure to prepare access as described above.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If a drain or sewer line we serviced reblocks within 30 days of service for the same reason, we will return at no charge to clear it.

This guarantee does not apply if:

• The reblockage is caused by a new condition unrelated to the original service (e.g., a new root intrusion in a different section)
• The customer introduces material into the line that causes a new blockage
• The line has underlying structural damage that was identified at time of service and repair was declined

Trenchless liner installations carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the installation documentation provided at completion (typically 25–50 years).

7. Limitation of Liability

Indy Drain Pros carries general liability insurance. In the event of property damage caused by our technicians during service, notify us within 24 hours and we will process a claim through our insurer.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from drain or sewer conditions, including property damage caused by sewage backup that occurred before our arrival or that recurs after service due to pre-existing structural pipe conditions disclosed at time of service.

8. Website Use

inddraincleaning.com is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You may not:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without written permission
• Submit false service requests or fraudulent contact information

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on inddraincleaning.com — including text, images, SVG graphics, service descriptions, and site design — is owned by Indy Drain Pros or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy
